People & Places تعلن عن بدء الإنشاءات في مشروعها "Hills of One" فى مدينة سفنكس بالتعاقد مع شركتي Arabtec وEl Amar

أعلنت شركة پيپول أند پليسز (People & Places)، عن بدء تنفيذ المرحلة الأولى من مشروع "هيلز أوف وان – Hills of One"، والتي تشمل منطقتي Boulevard Hills و North Villas بتكلفة إنشاء إجمالية تقدر بنحو مليار جنيه مصري، حيث وقعت الشركة عقد مع اثنين من أكبر شركات المقاولات في مصر، وهما شركتي "أرابتك - Arabtec" و"العمار - El Amar" لتنفيذ الجزء الأول من هذه المرحلة على أن يتم ابرام باقى العقود تباعًا لباقى المرحلة، وقد بدأت أعمال الإنشاءات رسميًا في سبتمبر 2025، بمدة تنفيذ 9 أشهر، ومن المقرر تسليم الجزء الأول من الوحدات السكنية في عام 2028.

مشروع هيلز أوف وان – Hills of One

يأتي هذا التعاون عقب مرحلة دقيقة من عمليات الطرح والمناقصات، حيث تم اختيار شركتي "أرابتك - Arabtec" و"العمار - El Amar" استنادًا إلى خبراتهما الممتدة وسجلّهما الموثوق به في تقديم مشروعات عالية المستوى, لتنفيذ أعمال الإنشاء في إطار شراكة تهدف إلى تسريع وتيرة التنفيذ، وتحقيق أعلى مستويات الجودة، بما يتماشى مع الطابع المعماري والتصميمات ذات النوعية الفريدة التى يتميز بيها مشروع هيلز اوف وان - Hills of One.

ويقع مشروع "Hills of One" في موقع استراتيجي بمدينة سفنكس على مساحة 168 فدانًا، وتبلغ الاستثمارات الإجمالية للمشروع 35 مليار جنيه، مما يعكس رؤية طموحة لتقديم وجهات عقارية استثنائية. ويتميز المشروع بتقديم فيلات فاخرة من طابق واحد بتصميم دقيق يدمج بين المساحات الداخلية والخارجية، بما يرسّخ مكانته كوجهة سكنية فريدة.

ويركز مشروع "Hills of One" على عنصر الضيافة كعنصر أساسي من بناء مجتمعات متكاملة، باستثمار يتجاوز 9 مليارات جنيه بهدف تقديم تجارب تتخطى السكن التقليدي. ويتضمن "Serviced Residences" بالتعاون مع فنادق و منتجعات عالمية، ويضم 158 وحدة سكنية فندقية بعلامة عالمية، كما يشمل فندقًا فى منطقة "Sphinx Plaza" المكون التجاري للمشروع ، والذي يضم 180 غرفة بالاضافة إلى 180 وحدة فندقية، وتأتي هذه المكونات ضمن استراتيجية الشركة لتقديم وجهات متكاملة تواكب تطلعات المستقبل وتدعم رؤية الدولة لتطوير مجتمعات عمرانية حديثة.

People & Places Breaks Ground on “Hills of One” in Sphinx City with Arabtec and El Amar

People & Places (P&P) has officially commenced construction on the first phase of its flagship development, Hills of One, located in Sphinx City, following the signing of a construction contract with two of Egypt’s most prominent contracting firms, Arabtec and El Amar. This initial phase encompasses the Boulevard Hills and North Villas zones, with a total construction cost estimated at EGP 1 billion.

The contract signed with Arabtec and El Amar covers the first portion of this phase, with additional agreements to follow in succession. Construction officially began in September 2025, with a planned execution period of nine months. The first delivery of residential units is scheduled for 2028.

This collaboration follows a rigorous tendering process, through which Arabtec and El Amar were selected based on their extensive experience and trusted track record in delivering high-quality developments. Their involvement aims to accelerate construction progress while ensuring the highest levels of craftsmanship and architectural excellence; hallmarks of the Hills of One project.
