المسمي الوظيفي : CRM Application Manager

وصف الوظيفة :

Manage, prioritize, and support the department’s initiatives and goals.

Manage systems assuring an excellent outcome that meets business needs & users’ requirements. In addition to working on improving the delivered systems and processes.

Understand business needs, assess the business impact of those changes, capture, analyze, and document requirements, and support the communication and delivery of requirements to relevant stakeholders.

Manage the testing delivery service to the business, provide appropriate test coverage to ensure successful delivery for the systems’ releases.

Utilize professional IT project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

Monitor the progress of the projects and resolve problems.

Identify opportunities that can improve the efficiency of business processes.

Review and approve the implementation request of system changes.

Define application problems and propose preventative solutions.

Participate in the process of upgrading Business Applications to the latest versions from analysis and design to complete system testing & implementation.

Oversee all aspects of system documentation i.e., system proposals, system requirements, test cases & user guides in addition to users training materials.

Develop test cases covering system requirements & prioritize them to reflect business as well as managing test execution and recording results.

Manage the testing process end to end with complete hands on coordination of all testing activities during every stage of the testing process & customization tasks in new Business Applications implementations.

Manage the System Testing Defect tracking process & evaluate systems functionalities.

Apply data integrity & information security mechanisms taking into consideration no business disruption.

Validate & verify all developed systems reports this includes Executive Management reporting.

Monitor the daily system issues, analyze, and keep track of the system enhancements improvement in addition to providing users’ with training & support.

Drive internal customer satisfaction by actively monitoring the end-user experience and creating action plans.

Contribute to the development & implementation of IT Quality policies, standards, guidelines and processes, and best practices.

Ability to manage any system/application implementation and support end to end.

Research/evaluate new technologies & solutions, select effective ones that will enhance user experience and lead to better decision-making.

Ensure projects are delivered on time & on budget.

Assist in setting the systems backup/restore requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

10+ years of experience in relevant position.

Experience in enterprise solutions implementations and Support.

Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills and Relationship Management.

Ability to work under pressure.

Excellent Command of English language.
