شروط الوظيفة
Job Description:
Anticipate reviewing the design criteria with the design team for the new projects regarding the mechanical works (infrastructure, Plumbing, firefighting & HVAC).
Review all related Mechanical items in the new upcoming packages prior uploading to procurement system to conclude if the drawings are compatible with BOQ’s and specs, in addition to reviewing vendors and supplies.
Review and evaluate the contractors technical offers for final approval regarding the mechanical works.
Follow up and monitor all mechanical technical issues in the ongoing packages as RFI’s, shop drawings and materials’ approvals with coordination with Design team to maintain achieving the quality standards as per the project’s specs.
Coordinate between all the project Contractors’ mechanical scope with the infrastructure works to maintain sustainable accessibility and proper site conditions.
Follow up with the consultant to issue the NCRs when / where required and follow up until get a corrective action.
Anticipate Reviewing the MEP contractor’s claims & Variations regarding the mechanical works.
Technical support during construction stage.
Ensure safety & quality as per the company standards.
Hand over the mechanical systems to facility management.
Follow up on the mechanical snags rectification during the DLP (Defect lability period) and contract closeout.
Qualifications:
B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 6 – 8 years experience in relevant position.
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours.
Ability to well perform under stress.
Excellent command of written English and Arabic.
Proficient user of MS office.
Proficient user of autocad 2D & 3D (and BIM if applicable).
