Job Description

Implement the set marketing plans ensuring ongoing communication with living communities post-delivery.

Handle ongoing communication with agencies/ suppliers in implementing asset campaigns.

Direct agencies and communicate campaign briefs to provide direction ensuring brand compliance and campaign effectiveness.

Involve in all on-ground assets events execution including asset launches, community events and activations.

Collaborate with marketing managers and other departments to create and deliver effective marketing campaigns.

Responsible of contacting sponsors for events on an asset level when needed.

Implement the set asset marketing collateral including all membership and lease material, brochures, CGI, walkthroughs, maquettes.

Responsible for developing marketing material for all asset clients including community updates as input to community app, corporate newsletter, and corporate website.

Implement the marketing strategy, plan for SODIC’s commercial projects and living communities’ events within the set budget in line with company objectives.

Create presentations on marketing plan, actions, and budgets to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.

Relevant 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Field - Real Estate background is a must.

Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.

Experience with research using data analytics software.

Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software.

Experience working with budgets and forecasting.
