شروط وظيفة Client Affairs Director

Job Summary:

Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving.

Continuously enhance the level of services to the customer and enhance response times.

Manage the team.

Role and Responsibilities:

Set and Develop client relations related strategies and ensure the implementation and accomplishment.

Set a satisfaction index and deploy strategies focused towards that mission exceeding customer expectations.

Develop MNHD different projects community and create a lively compound and after sales services

Build a sense of Community through events and activities.

Maintain that owner needs in the community are met which include services and amenities.

Open and operate all the Community Centers and the services they offer.

Manage MNHD communities and maintain client relations starting from being a prospect client till being one of MNHD project's resident.

Manage Hand-over process to ensure all units are handed over to clients per the contract conditions and excellent quality.

Ensure the coordination between Clients and Facility Management team to ensure that all complains are solved properly.

Create & maintain effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards in coordination with MNHD Management.

Take ownership of customer’s issues and develop resolution strategies in coordination with MNHD top management.

Manage and monitor customers’ portfolios.

Develop and improve service procedures, apply best practices to areas of improvement to meet customer expectations.

Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports to the top management and board of directors.

Implement an effective customer loyalty program.

Coordinate between MNHD Different Divisions to enhance the service quality & Delivery time.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (engineering is a plus).

15 years of experience with a minimum of 10 years in real estate development activities.

Strong SAP Knowledge.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

The ability to maintain calm under pressure.

Real Estate Experience is a plus.

Systems:

SAP.

Microsoft office.
