Job Description
• Prepare Clients' Contracts as well as review all company contracts' annexes including technical and financial annexes.
• Review and update existing contracts.
• Stay up-to date with all contract’s changes and coordinate with the legal department to ensure that all contracts are ready to be signed from the client.
• Ensure that the contract information is accurate
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Proficiency of both English and Arabic Languages.
• Very organized and Excellent time management skills.
• Detailed oriented person.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
