مدينة مصر توقع مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة Qwell لتقديم نموذج متكامل للمعيشة الذكية والمتكاملة لكبار السن في السوق المصري

أعلنت شركة مدينة مصر (كود البورصة المصرية MASR.CA) – واحدة من الشركات الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري في مصر، عن توقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة Qwell، أول مؤسسة متخصصة في تصميم وتطوير حلول متقدمة لنمط حياة كبار السن، بهدف تقديم نموذج معيشة ذكي متكامل مصمَّم ليتوافق مع احتياجاتهم في السوق العقاري. وتعكس هذه الخطوة التزام مدينة مصر بتحويل كل مشروع إلى تجربة سكنية فريدة تترك أثرًا إيجابيًا ومستدامًا بين العملاء، في مبادرة مبتكرة تُعيد تعريف مفهوم الرعاية السكنية لكبار السن في القطاع العقاري بمصر.
